Pros
There aren't a whole lot of pros, in fact nothing positive I can say.
Cons
Poor raise and review structure, 2-3% a year, does not cover inflations. Not to mention, you must be employed a full year, prior to a raise. You could go almost two years, without a raise. They do not promote from within. The company is too busy filling position, with outside potential employees, then looking within, the company.
