      Pros

      Salaries were good and I enjoyed the different locations I was able to see.

      Cons

      Employees were unvalued, belittled and made to understand that they were the least valuable part of the organization. Good employees were mistreated and the least reliable and most incompetent were promoted to positions of authority over people they had disdain for.
