      Pros

      Very intresting work. Real development of Thermodynamics, turbine and pump engineering. Great for fresh engineers. The company is excellent in for teaching new engineers the industry

      Cons

      Work conditions (pay, work hours, flexibility) is less than "high-tech" jobs.
