      Pros

      Great people/co-workers, excellent benefits and opportunity to change job location (although sometimes not by choice).

      Cons

      Wages stagnant, 2% raise a year covers inflation basically, management pays no attention to loyalty and will push long time employees out. Long hours and PTO is not respected.

      Learned how to navigate corporate structures. Meaning, keep your head down because they do not want to hear your opinion.

      Cons

      Work hard and honest, doesn't mean you'll keep your job. If your superior doesn't like you personally, I witnessed myself they will find a way to eliminate your position.

      Working with Ormat in terms of stability was very good

      Cons

      Salary scale provided for being AWS-CWI/SCWI and ACCP certified was below the standard salary. Working for more than 12 years and no promotion and big merit increases given.
