Very busy company. Nice projects and locations to work on. Amazing people in the office

Pros

Learn high-end customer service. Exposure to an exclusive branch of the construction industry.

Cons

Resources are limited to perform the job There is micromanagement from high management and very little appreciation for feedback. It's a vertical decision making company from top to down. No career growth, once you get into a position, it's very difficult to grow upwards. Although, I do think this is due to the size of the company (less than 50 employees). Lack of technology which makes the job harder to perform and you don't grow as a professional.
