      Jigya software services ..Worst place to work ,no proper management for recruitment,no proper rules,waste politics in between 4 to 5 team members also , small place to work.

      Supportive management which gives freedom to learn new technologies, welcomes innovative ideas. Great support to the employees in the pandemic times. Great manager with decision making and a very good support to the team in managing their work life balance. Friendly team and Colleagues Good HR management with a good support to the employees and managing the organizational policies, employee refreshment activities.
