      Pros

      Very nice environment and very courteous people. You get paid on time and everything goes like Clockwork. You are taken care of very nicely even when you are facing a rough time. Everything is fair and every penny is accounted for at this company.

      Cons

      Nothing really to mention, except that you need to be following up with the HR and Payroll departments occasionally to make sure your requests are being processed. This is doesn't imply that they are inefficient but this is because they are very busy and dealing with so much stuff at the same time.
