PTO, free food, location, learning experience.

Cons

Very poor management, employees are treated like children and given dollar store incentives. Metrics are the only thing that matters and confrontation does not exist with upper management. Procedures and polices are made up as they go, and there is no structure for training! Anyone good friends with the boss is given free rides to upper management and the rules do not apply to them either.

Terrible management of people .. they rule by fear, overly blatant favoritism, and fosters a environment of chaos and tension within the Insurance Admin Dept. They speak to you about company’s core values ethics and integrity ... well that message gets lost within the Patient Services/Insurance Admin. Management.
