Change is a constant with many ups and several downs

Love so many of the people; at one point the culture was amazing with the entire company being trained on creating the culture but then change (again) occurred; very fair compensation - better than many other companies.

Cons

Change can also be bad and unfortunately Orthofix experienced quite a bit of bad with upper management changes and lacking of strategy consistencies.

Salary was about the best in the metroplex

Cons

Meetings, round tables, supposedly secret surveys. nothing ever changes, unrealistic expectations of employees. Management was about the worse I've ever seen, immature. not consistent and incompetent.
