Amazing location and office, great leadership team, open environment, good benefits package, mixed working schedules off site/ in office, ability to grow and lots of help from peers and above. Summer half Fridays and many in office activities and celebrations.

Cons

Temporary inconveniences during transferring period, but getting better and better with incorporation of new Orveon's owned rules and regulations

Thank you for recognizing our beautiful Bryant Park location. Our open floor plan makes it great for collaboration. We’ve also opened new offices in Columbus, OH and London, England.

Pros

The employee benefits are great (PTO days, paid holidays, Summer Fridays program, maternity leave program). As a new company, you have the ability to create and shape different company initiatives, without a lot of "red tape". The culture is open and allows employees to be genuine with feedback. Leadership is approachable.

Cons

A lot of processes still need to be developed and systems are needed for efficiency. The distribution of work can be skewed based on the role/department. Career pathways haven't been defined yet.
