Cons

Brands have potential for success.

Cons

You have to accept that you will have no life working here. I would expect frequent reorganizations as this company values profits over people. One bad quarter and the reorg. talks begin. Management is desperate to portray the company as forward thinking and moving while not taking into account their teams suggestions, tenure and real lived experience. Expect to work with the bottom of the barrel as compensation is the lowest in the industry across all positions. Constant turnover, no support for teams that have lost key talent. Sycophantic behavior is encouraged.

As we’re building our organization for the future, this means looking at the organization as a whole to make sure we are the right size and unfortunately employee impacts are sometimes a result of that.
