Pros

The employees are great and small crew if you prefer that to just being a time clock number at the larger companies, and the benefits match that of larger companies. It is a fast growing company.

Cons

They are rushing to grow as a company, bringing in more work but not hiring more employees to meet its demand. The pay is super low so there is a moral issue because of it.

Pros

They promaced all kinds of benefits during the takeover of our company, Porter County iron & Metal

Cons

They didn't hold up to anything they said during takeover. I got rid of most management within 6 months of taking over.

Pros

Most employees working their are hard working good people

Cons

Business was opened and run by founder, it has been turned over to kids, who don't know the first thing about running a business. Most upper management makes bad decisions in regards to everyday operations, regardless of what working employees tell them. They are set on doing everything their way and it is very costly in money and customer relations. .
