Flex hours and the PTO policy are great. The people and product are awesome. Cost of living in Oshkosh is relatively cheap. The location of the town facilitates a wide variety of lifestyles. There is a lot of opportunity to grow with this company, especially as we expand internationally if you are willing to travel. The current CEO is widely held in high regard and is taking the company in the right direction.

Cons

Typical engineering payscales lag the major defense and automotive industries for lower level employees. Merit system is very weak and advancement has traditionally been more of a "wait your turn in line" structure.
