decent benefits, most coworkers are good people. Floor supervisors do a good job despite low moral.

Upper management is has no organizational skill and dumps their collective imcompetence into the laps of the skilled laborers, Starting labor wages ten years out of date. refusal to properly train employees. Safety falls second to production despite what the script they read says.
