Pros

The culture at Ossium is very positive and they provide the tools and education necessary for each employee to do their job. There are many opportunities to engage management and provide feedback. Everyone cares about the work that is being done here, and works well together in order to achieve the company's goals.

Cons

The pros definitely outweigh the cons!

Pros

Ossium leadership listens to employees and actively pushes them to be their best version, personally and professionally. Leadership is consistently checking in, giving resources to help tackle problems, mentoring during challenging times, and takes advice into account to better the process, product, or method. They really want to see you succeed. It is also very rewarding working for a company where you know you will make a true impact on patients' lives. It is very fulfilling being part of the advancement of science through production of deceased donor marrow products.

Cons

I don't have any true downsides to comment on, but there is still a semi-startup feel to Ossium. In order to flourish in this environment, one needs to be relatively flexible and be able to juggle multiple projects at a time.
