Pros

I feel like there are many great people at Ossium that truly care about saving lives. Ossium has a lot of potential to change the world for the better.

Cons

I feel that the CEO cares more about profits over people, speed over quality, and saving face over the truth. I also feel that his need to control every decision will prevent Ossium from growing to its full potential. I believe leaders are leaving at an alarming rate because of him.

Pros

I can truly say that I love the people that work at Ossium. Everyone cares deeply about the company mission and wants to work hard to provide the best products possible and save lives.

Cons

Leadership at the Indy office try to be as transparent as possible, but that falls short when the San Francisco office can't communicate well with leaders at the Indy office. Every decision has to go through the CEO, so anything related to hiring, salaries, etc. moves at a snail's pace.
