Pros

The Oura team is great! Starting at a new company during a pandemic was a scary idea. But the Oura team made it easy! Everyone is nice, inviting, and easy-going. My role is clearly defined on the CX team. There are SOPs in place to know how to assist customers to a resolution. Within only a few months, I have expanded my responsibilities from answering customer inquiries to writing copy of our macros and internal knowledge base.

Cons

Working during the pandemic is difficult. It's been challenging to get to know all of my co-workers. Communication is challenging for any CX team. Individuals work their own tickets which makes collaboration difficult at times.

Pros

Great benefits - medical, stipend for lunch Energetic remote atmosphere Rapid growth

Cons

Bad management, same favoritism as usual Poor work/life balance Inaccessibility to important tooling Cross-functional team members pushed away projects or tasks due to “bandwidth” issues Bad directors or managers who don’t do work or do the minimum to appear “hard-working” to execs

Pros

Manager really great for my team, not sure of others.

Cons

It was chill until AI became a thing and we had to double down on output.
