Pros

- Competitive pay - Fantastic benefits - Great product to represent & work for. Exciting to be a part of it. - A motivating & encouraging work environment - Fast growing company, bright future - Company core values are strongly represented in the product, for the customer & for the brand

Cons

Leadership does NOT uphold company values for its people: - Ubuntu (we are one team): large disconnect in communication between cross-functional teams & leadership, lack of alignment on current team goals and strategies amongst teams, cross functional partners & leadership. - Human First: Zero work life balance, not a healthy work environment for a working parent, does not practice what they preach as it relates to employee health & well being. Unreasonable/ un humanlike expectations of perfection, “moving of the goal post” leadership style. Oura leadership team does not see value in developing their employees, making it a poor environment for career growth and toxic work environment - Trust Matters: Very poor or vague communication and a lack of transparency from leadership, lack of follow through on commitments from leadership, 'uneven playing field' -like environment created by leadership - Aim Higher: strive for excellence to be the best, at the expense of your physical & mental health. Huge gap in internal operational formalities (i.e. very poor onboarding & training for new hires). Does not invest in the proper tools and resources to support employee’s day to day job functions.
