My interview process was very seamless. I was well informed at every step of the process. Working at Oura has been one of my best experiences so far - very passionate group of people, human first, solutions focused approach along with great leadership.

I love working at Oura! I started during a pandemic like many employees here at Oura and it has been great getting to know employees and learning from everyone here. There are many fun activities to participate in weekly and the leadership team is very forthcoming with what is happening in the company. Although we are a start-up there is not the normal start-up drama you get. Everyone here works hard and actually lives up to the values that the company believes in. The leadership team and many employees represent the values here which is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that do not live their values. While everyone is WFH there are a lot of perks to make everyone feel more comfortable. I was set-up with all the tech I needed, lunch on Fridays, and my own ring! I'm excited to grow with this amazing company.
