Pros

Interesting and challenging work. Good salary and benefits. Great people, peers and managers. They really care about the product, the people, the users and their health.

Cons

Like many smaller companies that are still basically a startup, Oura has a somewhat dynamic environment. New people join, some (very few) leave, direction and priorities change more quickly than at "dinosaur" companies I worked at... However, during 2022/2023, with about 500 FTEs, there is a noticeable improvement in stability and forward looking plans.
