Pros

A solid product with excellent communications, science, and engineering behind it. Easy-going co-workers who get amazing things done. Oura ring truly benefits its users in understanding sleep, rest, and behavioral changes.

Cons

Oura keeps hiring for culture fit instead of culture add. Some parts of the organization incorporate a command and control culture and extreme favoritism of old colleagues. If you are not part of this old boys' club, getting your work respected or getting to work on interesting projects is impossible.

- incentives are good (free lunch Fridays, solid pay) - good people within the team

Cons

- no work life balance - too many slack messages, even during off hours and weekends - pressure to preform at 200% 24/7, if you don’t, you’re deemed a failure and are shamed - leadership has no vision or cares about your career growth or personal life - no cares about diversity in c suite levels/management
