Pros
The brilliant technology of Oura goes without saying but it is truly as great of a company as is it a product. There is so much care and compassion with the people and the culture is welcoming and innovative. Leaders give space but are there for growth and support. Huge emphasis on DEI and Women in Tech empowerment!
Cons
Only con (not even a real con) is that it's still a rapidly growing company! Don't be worried about the "start-up" title, as this company isn't huge but it is powerful.
