I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at Oura during a period in which my company was speaking about collaborative efforts/partnering with them. During the process I met with employees at various levels within the Oura from team leaders to the CEO. From coordination, to scheduling, to the actual conversations all went very smoothly. Everyone was professional and quite friendly - like having a conversation with colleague. Of course, I thought they were being on their best behavior, but I found that it was genuine. I was offered the role and soon after began with the on boarding process. What I found was the same as during the interview process....professional, timely, and very friendly. The on boarding process was very well laid out and allowed me to become comfortable with Oura's processes, internal structure, and product in short order. Throughout my experience was very pleasant and continues to date.

Embraces diversity in its workforce from top to bottom. Great work culture and has people who truly care about the company's offerings and mission. Opportunity to work with some of the brightest in the industry in a newer technology space. Great benefits and rewards its employees.
