+ Healthy working environment (reasonable working hours, vacations, culture) + Aim for better place to work (feedback, openness in salaries) + Innovative atmosphere + Fast paced company keeps things interesting

Cons

- Being fast paced mean that not everything has a set process yet & things change fast, might not be suited for everyone - It also means that there is a lot to do, so keeping the working hours reasonable is up to you (but totally allowed)
