      Pros

      Oura is honestly one the best companies I have ever worked for. Management really cares about everyone in the company and is able to provide clear goals with everyone's voice having a chance to be heard. Transparent from top to bottom. The company has grown for the better over the last year and each department has great leaders. Growth for individuals is there for the people who really want it and go after it. Really a team effort.

      Cons

      Some early morning meetings and communication across different time zones but this is and has not been a big challenge. Company benefits are good but could be better and plans are underway to accomplish this!

      Pros

      Fascinating product, smart and kind people, inspiring leadership. I've loved working here so far. Great energy, caring environment, and the company is focused on all the right things in terms of business strategy and cultivating a strong and enjoyable company culture.

      Cons

      As expected in a start up, the pace and volume of work is high. I knew that going in, and am energized and excited about the work, but it is pretty consuming. Also, as the US office is still relatively new, we don't have all the benefits I'd like just yet.
