      Pros

      A solid product with excellent communications, science, and engineering behind it. Easy-going co-workers who get amazing things done. Oura ring truly benefits its users in understanding sleep, rest, and behavioral changes.

      Cons

      Oura keeps hiring for culture fit instead of culture add. Some parts of the organization incorporate a command and control culture and extreme favoritism of old colleagues. If you are not part of this old boys' club, getting your work respected or getting to work on interesting projects is impossible.

      Oura is an innovative company with state-of-the art technology know-how. The company is currently growing fast. It has been able to recruit very enthusiastic and talented people and the working atmosphere in the company is great.

      Due to the fast growth, not all processes are yet working as well as they should. However, the company is very active in solving any such problems.
