Great work life balance. Passionate capable team. Growing but still lots of opportunities to make and impact and solve problems creatively.

Cons

Limited individual ownership over many engineering decisions. I'm sure there's lots of variation per team, but many technical decisions become a comity decision, without a clear owner, slowing things down.

Good base pay. Get to wear many hats. A good amount of time off.

Cons

Engineering teams are understaffed and overworked. Managements won't hire engineers to properly staff programs. Recruiters lie to potential hires about the value of their RSU shares. They cut corners to deliver mediocre products.
