      Started out as a good place with good culture... but things are eroding fast

      Pros

      Company has good values. CEO has great vision, communicates, and motivates. Hybrid work. Good product that helps people.

      Cons

      Bad middle management. Authoritarian and micro-managing. Engineering by committee. No autonomy given to individuals. No freedom to be creative and come up with new ways of doing things better and more efficiently. Bad work-life balance. Eroding culture and morale as a result of bringing in new management that is authoritarian, narcissistic, and micro managing.

      Pros

      Great hardware and software product. Strong driver culture and the ambition level matched. Great, committed individuals that are ready to tackle any challenge.

      Cons

      Finnish and US culture collide often and nothing really done on company-level to minimise the negative impacts. The leadership is very Silicone-Valley-like, people throwing others under the bus in the face of adversity, and looking for people to quickly replace with better individual performers. Not the best work/life balance as you need to manage things in 2 very different time zones.
