Good benefits package for Portugal standards. Very knowledgable peers. Allows relatively easy career switches.

Cons

Management layer is more focused on hierarchy and doesn't effectively support the teams under them. Lots of focus on AI. I'm not anti-AI, but i'm against unvalidated AI slop being put onto our faces for review. We essentially have to do other people's work. Getting very opaque in the salary bands, which is not a positive things. Plus the salary increase has been decreasing on average for the while company.
