Pros

Very laid back environment, flex time is awesome, decent PTO, work and people are fun, able to work from home or in the office full time.

Cons

Pay is on the lower side, have to give your PTO months in advanced, sometimes have things thrown on you at the last minute but that's how things go in agencies, huge lack in diversity. Barely any minorities and no women in leadership if that's important to you.

Pros

The team welcomes new employees with open arms and is open to any questions. They encourage people to reach out with problems and encourage everyone to help each other out.

Cons

Being remote can (not always but it can) be an issue usually when work is needed to be reviewed sooner than later. However, this is rarely the case. Should it happen, people are responsive and get right on it.
