      Pros

      They land good Clients with good projects. The employees there are genuinely good people with intentions to succeed.

      Cons

      Nothing is coheisive within the operation. Everyone is put in a silo and isolated. The reason for this you will discover is the corporate image that convinced you to want to work there is the strategic marketing as an industry thought leader with technology not their own and representing production capacity with manufacturing vendors placing on the side of their building an Outform sign. With everyone's professional integrity at risk the disparity of the office culture actually becomes unifying. Yay for unity!

      Awful culture, everything revolves around the pride of top management. No regards to mental health, overtime. Employees have no voice, there is a slavery culture, blaming and fingerprinting. No unity and no warmth, no work-life balance.
