      nearly 6 year @ Outform: I'm loving it!

      Pros

      - forward thinking team, innovative products & great client base = great opportunities & successes. - understandable and flexible employer (I had a few personal / family problems in the past and my colleague, the management team & our CEO have always been supportive, flexible and accommodating). - small team & friendly colleagues makes it a pleasant place to work at, we are part or the “Outform family”. - good rate of pay and job security (if you perform the right way)!

      Cons

      - nothing much really: I would not be reaching my 6th year at Outform in a few months. - not enough holidays: an extra week holiday would be a nice thing ;-)

      Pros

      International clients, Interesting design, small worldwide operation.

      Cons

      Very poor product quality. always buying from the cheapest supplier to sell at the highest margin (500%). Honestly doesn't mean anything for th CEO, lack of strategy as he changes his mind every week. They do not own any manufacturing sites but communicate as if they were. Lack of process and organization, working around the clock by lack of proactivity, very requesting with the staff but not at all with their labor duties, salary payment and commitments. In one word they sell rubbish for diamonds.
