      Learned so much during my time there from some great people.

      Cons

      Towards the end of my time there, it was quite political in my opinion with power struggles and disagreements between the senior leadership team.

      Pros

      Outform group is a product of Outform, Rapid Displays, and Alrec. There are pockets of good people that really care about the company.

      Cons

      No CEO or strong leadership. Still operates as separate companies in a lot of ways.
