Outreach employs some of the sharpest sales reps and leaders that I've had the chance to work with in my career. In general, the spirit is very collaborative and 'ready to win'. We also sell the best product in the space with a team that ships very quickly, so that helps in deals.

Cons

There's been a lot of change in my time here, most good, but still a lot for some to handle.
