Cons

Low pay Understaffed People who never went through life experiences like most of the kids are the ones making the big decisions. Management does not care about live in staff. Constant empty promises from management.

Pros

Experience to put on resume to get hired somewhere better

Cons

Poor pay, high stress, little reward, unhealthy work environment, snobby and straight up rude supervisors, very little training and direction. Rude people overall. All employees are miserable and constantly looking for other work. Low moral.
