Pros

Great for young professionals who are wanting hands on training. If you need time off it is usually granted. Management is always willing to answer questions to further your knowledge.

Cons

The Lack of benefits, no 401k, little vacation time, and slow periods can be pretty boring. Pay could be better too.

Various cross-training opportunities were available. Time off was usually granted if requested.

Experienced harassment and discrimination while employed here. HR department needs improvement.
