It is a job until I find another one. Most the employees are looking elsewhere because it's a matter of time all air jobs are outsourced. Wait until the customers become aware. The secret can only stay quiet for so long.

Cons

No communication, terrible benefits and pay. Management rewards the employees that do the least amount of work. Senior leadership in oblivious on the day to day process.

We have many auditors who are successful and continue to grow in their field. We provide the tools and the work. It's up to the auditor on how successful they will be.
