My experience with Overland Solutions has been top-notch. Their Capstone training program is excellent; one of the best I have experienced. The support system is great, and I really appreciate how my manager has guided me through my onboarding and training process. The flexible schedule is awesome, and there is plenty of opportunity to make a great living. This company provides you with all of the tools to succeed, and it's up to you to put forth the effort to make it happen.

So far, I have no cons to speak of.

Management team is very supportive and understanding, initial training is excellent, flexibility stemming from doing your own scheduling, mileage reimbursement, company supplied I-Phone, laptop and printer, monthly office supply allotment, work hard and get paid well.

Cons

Very complex and hard to understand work subject matter, very minimal time off.
