Pros

This a great company to work for. They have a great training program and great continuing education at no cost to you. They provide you with an IPhone 7, new computer, printer, and monthly supplies. The company also pays you the current mileage rate. The weekly production rate can be obtained by anyone who puts in any effort at all. You can work from your home and set your own flexible hours. The pay scale is the highest in the market and very adequate. The company also has excellent insurance, retirement, personal leave, and sick leave. All of the mangers that I have ever dealt with have been fair and will back you up.

Cons

I don't know of any cons.

Pros

25 years working for this company - it gets sold every 3-5 years. If you can get into management, you'll get paid a living wage for a constant headache - akin to banging your head against a brick wall.

Cons

Started out and worked for years as a premium auditor and loss control inspector, then worked as a reviewer, middle management and finally at Home Office. I know where the bodies are buried. Field Reps can only make a living if they cheat. I've seen many get fired for forging signatures, etc. If you do the job as management trains and expects, you'll make less than minimum wage, and you'll run the wheels off your car. Upper management is constantly working on ways to pay less and make the employees think they're making more. Seriously, any other premium audit fee company will do you better. These are, unfortunately, the used car salesmen of the insurance industry, and that's an insult to used car salesmen.

Pros

Overall, my experience with the company was good. I got a lot out of my 17 years with the organization. They have good resources. If you do your job, management will stay off your back. Company is fair with travel reimbursements, allowances. Provides IPhone and you will not have out of pocket business expenses. There are opportunities to develop your career.

Cons

Depending on your income needs, you may need to travel outside of your territory. Work/life can be a challenge, but that is on you. One should be able to make 50k(doing the audits right) and have balance, but you can make more if balance is not a priority for you at this time.
