      Overall, OK, limited communication from management on how well the company is doing and future plans.

      Pros

      Remote work No direct day to day supervision Benefits acceptable Good initial training Most managers are encouraging Co-workers are very helpful

      Cons

      Pay is low, and pay for performance for field auditors make it hard to make decent earnings. Management is not informative of overall company performance in relation to the marketplace. Follow up training is lacking.

      Pros

      My position allowed me to work from home. There was some flexibility. I did not have to go into an office an deal with those kind of issues.

      Cons

      The company indicated that they wanted quality but still focused on quantity. In Insurance especially WC quality should be stressed over quantity. It was hard to find a balance.

      Overland was the best training ground to grow in the insurance premium audit industry

      Pros

      As an insurance premium auditor, flexible hours were great. Pay was based on billable hours so could earn as much as you could work. Traing is tops in the industry

      Cons

      Pay based on billable hours could limit salary if there was no work in your territory
