Pros

It is exciting to work at a company with an amazing, market-leading, innovative, and effective product. It is even better when you get to work with great people who are excellent at their job, who you like working with, who all pull their own weight, who jump in to help others, who care about each other, and who are customer focused. And if you add to this having a ton of huge, well known and respected customers who love your product and who are raving fans... then you begin to have a feel for what it is to work at Oversight.

Cons

The only con is both a downside and a chance for great opportunity. That is that so many people have never heard of Oversight.

Pros

Great Benefits: Remote work, multiple health care options, Childcare FSA, 401k with match, and many more. Great culture: Online and in-person events throughout the year. Great work is rewarded and acknowledged across the whole company. Defined list of values that exemplify what the company stands for. Great management: From the executives down to the first level managers, everyone treats their team members with respect and has a strong understanding of where they want the company to go and the best way to get there. Opportunities to give back to the community via fundraisers, volunteerism, and donation matching to your favorite foundation.

Cons

No major cons. The only potential negative I have seen is that when you're 95-100% remote, it can be hard to have meaningful interactions with co-workers outside of doing work. There are still times we celebrate and have a good time, but occasionally I wish there was more incentive to come to the office and work with others in-person.
