      Pros

      Really great company culture! Mostly everyone is friendly and teams cooperate very well. Lots of opportunity for growth, firm really invests ALOT of resources into its employees from entry-level to seniors, OC champions its employees and tends to look internally to promote instead of externally unless necessary.

      Cons

      Really none, you have to be in Toledo if at WHQ, thats the only downside I can think of

      The company i worked for was just bought out (Masonite) .transition has been convoluted.
