Bad management, tries to keep you down all the time. Very messy situation. Underpays employees.

Pros

Paycheck and some people are nice.

Cons

Every leader has multiple titles and are stretched thin. They constantly have layoffs and leadership changes. They are obviously aggregated their business while simultaneously saying that your future is safe.

It has been over a year since I started at OWL and I can say it is the best company I have worked for. Great team and culture in a evergrowing company. I look forward to continue working for OWL and seeing where the company will be in the future.

Cons

In a company that continues to grow there are many setbacks and many challenges. OWL however continues to progress and change to face these obstacles.
