Small but talented team of engineers

Pros

-You learn a lot from talking to very talented engineers on a daily basis -Plenty of room to learn about concepts, deadlines are flexible if the end product will be better for it

Cons

- They didn't have interns very often, so the work set up for us and the communication with us about that work was not very clear. - We were put on a fairly simplistic project for weeks until that was scrapped and we started doing actually useful work

- Owl cares about their employees - They provide their employees with 4-6 weeks PTO - Owl believes that for their employees to do their best work they should have rest and rejuvenation - The Onboarding process is so smooth and HR lays everything out for you to flow through seamlessly
