Pros

This is a long overdue review! Owl Labs is an awesome place to work, I've been here for 5 years and I'm still loving everyday. Everything from the people, company culture, and the product add to the great experience that I've had. Leadership is also really supportive and they make me and my team feel valued.

Cons

None, really. My experience here has been great to say the least.

Pros

Strong Leadership - Weekly company meetings led by CEO and C-suite clearly outline company goals and plans to reach them. Cross Functional Efforts - Easy to collaborate across teams while working remotely. WFH - Flexibility to work from home or go into the office is an added bonus. All in all, nice people and innovative work environment.

Co-workers are smart and welcoming Working remote is welcomed and is encouraged Cool perks like the working from home stipend and snacks at the office

Cons

Awful awful awful leadership, especially on the business ops side Favoritism is a real problem as inner circle hiring are prevalent If you want more money, you better ask for it upfront as they don't reward loyalty or hardwork
