Pros

This is a long overdue review! Owl Labs is an awesome place to work, I've been here for 5 years and I'm still loving everyday. Everything from the people, company culture, and the product add to the great experience that I've had. Leadership is also really supportive and they make me and my team feel valued.

Cons

None, really. My experience here has been great to say the least.

Pros

Strong Leadership - Weekly company meetings led by CEO and C-suite clearly outline company goals and plans to reach them. Cross Functional Efforts - Easy to collaborate across teams while working remotely. WFH - Flexibility to work from home or go into the office is an added bonus. All in all, nice people and innovative work environment.

I have no cons so far.

Pros

Some people were nice to your face… we can leave it there.

Cons

I believe another review from 2021 outlines it perfectly. The management is not strong and you tend to find yourself questioning if you're in a flashback to middle/high school. You either drink the Kool-Aid or you're out. Don’t even think about asking questions or having a difference in opinion. Also... If or should I say when you leave, you probably won’t get an exit interview.
