Pros
I have so many positives and I don't know where to start. I love my job. I genuinely enjoy being around my co-workers. I feel challenged in my work and am constantly motivated to challenge the day-to-day. Everyone is on the same level. Executives, developers, account managers, support; we all rely on each other to make the OwnLocal world turn. I have never worked in such a positive environment.
Cons
Most people work 45+ hours a week. if you don't enjoy that, this job isn't for you.
