• People • Salary • Benefits & Perks • Flexibility with hours & time off • Daily catered lunch • Healthy and motivated team • Starbucks whenever we want • Employee wellbeing is definitely at the top of the list on the Exec team • Employees are encouraged to challenge current processes and utilize creativity • Room for internal / departmental growth • Fun group of people • Growing super fast, expanding internationally and into different verticals - lots of internal and external growth, it's very exciting! • Nice people • Open, transparent, and clear communication between all teams, including Exec team

Pros

* Fantastic, hard working team that cares about their work and each other * Management listens to the team * Solid products with tons of growth potential * Strong culture of internal promotion. I can think of 4 people off the top of my head who showed potential and were promoted to new, higher level roles. * Interesting technology * Competitive compensation and overall good benefits * Everyone is treated like adults. If you're sick you take time off. If you want to go on vacation you let your manager know. You don't have to ask for permission. * Most people have good work life balance

Cons

* No 401K or other retirement plan * Open office layout can be disruptive * Lack of documented process. This is something management is actively working to improve though. * Other growing pains. The work can sometimes outpace what the team can handle. * The parties and events are fun but often focus on drinking which some people don't enjoy

Fun and engaging place to work

Pros

The people. It's a culture of hardworking people who know how to have fun. Nobody's just coasting through their work, and nobody has an easy job. It's a great company for people who can't stand monotony.

Cons

I feel like we're growing faster than we realize, and at some point we'll be forced to make rules regarding performance and attendance. Right now, everyone is trusted to do their work because in small teams, it becomes really obvious if somebody is just coasting by. In the future this may have to change.
