Pros

Will the company be a multi-billion dollar beast? No. However, it will grow 20% per year at minimum. OwnLocal has established itself in the market in such a way where it has it's "hooks" in a lot of it's customer base. Can grow quickly if product improvements are made.

Cons

Making up for mistakes of the past can be tough. Lack of momentum. Lack of product market fit at the moment. Needs better cross-functional communication.

Pros

The people. It's a culture of hardworking people who know how to have fun. Nobody's just coasting through their work, and nobody has an easy job. It's a great company for people who can't stand monotony.

Cons

I feel like we're growing faster than we realize, and at some point we'll be forced to make rules regarding performance and attendance. Right now, everyone is trusted to do their work because in small teams, it becomes really obvious if somebody is just coasting by. In the future this may have to change.

Great benefits, career development, networking opportunities, and a great company outlook overall. Executive team listens and cares about individuals' career aspirations.

Cons

With massive company growth comes some pain points in our tech and process. There are a few long days here and there when we're bringing on large customers, which can increase tension.
