Pros

Being surrounded by smart, driven, nice people. Working on a great service with huge potential. Having your voice heard, developing new processes. Great management from the top down. Fun and upbeat work environment with endless perks.

Cons

Not much to complain about here, it's a startup so there's some inevitable uncertainty and change but the leadership team is open about business decisions.

Thanks for your feedback--I really appreciate the time you took to leave a review. As you know, we spend a lot of time on hiring the very best people that want to work hard and do the best work of their life. I'm glad to see that it's working and hope that you are as open to give us negative and critical feedback in the future as you have with this positive feedback. As I'm sure you've heard me say, the only thing that's constant at a startup is the change. We work very hard to find and keep people like you--please let me know if we are ever slipping and I will address it immediately.

Pros

There are some really interesting opportunities for anyone willing to work hard, take responsibility, and leave gossip at the door. I think that the company does a good job of balancing work, family, and fun by maintaining a strong culture. I have read some reviews that discuss the interview process. Is the process perfect? Probably not. Is it better or at least more thorough than most other companies, probably. Everyone goes through it and what I have seen is that those who are hired usually fit the job and the company. 1) Amazing group of people that really care about customers 2) Room to grow - I have seen talented and hard-working people take on new roles in less than a year. 3) Stability- the company is growing pretty fast and has been around for +5 years

Cons

Processes that worked at 20 employees and 40 employees are starting to crack under the pressure of 60 employees.
